Refund & Cancellation

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for subscriptions canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds after this period. Yearly subscriptions can be refunded on a prorated basis, considering the remaining months in the subscription, minus a 20% administrative fee if canceled after the initial 14 days. To request a refund, customers need to contact our customer support team at info@amayratech.com with their order details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Note that add-on services and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer's account settings, and access to the CRM software will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Yearly subscriptions can also be canceled at any time through the account settings, with access continuing until the end of the current subscription period unless a prorated refund is requested as per the refund policy. To cancel a subscription, customers should log into their account, navigate to the subscription settings, and follow the cancellation instructions. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is processed. Canceled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time by contacting our support team at info@amayratech.com.
